Recently We notice something odd with withdraw, it seems like when the connection to FaucetHub failed, the withdraw request should be failed to, but the user's balance is not refunded.
This is due to the system, when user request for withdraw, we cut the balance first then do request to FaucetHub, so when FaucetHub is under maintenance, we can't process the withdraw and users's balance is lost.
We will fix this problem as soon as possible
